This model is recommened for small jobs upto dimensions 1" x 2" x 2". The spray chamber has octagonal shape due to which the air suckek expands after entering inside it. Hence at the central coating zone the air velocity is minimum and at the walls it is higher. This gives better transfer efficincy, less powder deposition on the walls.
The specially shaped trough with sloping sides at the bottom of the booth minimises accumulation of powder which makes it very easy for cleaning and quick colour changes with minimum deadstock of powder.
The multicyclone recovery (3 module ) system ensures extreamely high levels of powder recovery above 98 percent. The 2 H.P. blower meets the regulations of international pollution control norms and maintain the velocity over LEL (Lowest Explosive Level).

This model is recommended for large jobs upto dimensions 2" x 4" x 8" to be loaded from the side by opening hinged side doors. The spray chamber has rectangular shape.
The article is inserted inside the spray chamber then article remains stationary. One or two operators coat the article from all sides by opening the hinged doors one by one. This reduces the blower capacity requirement.

Auto Booth & Reciprocator -Manual Touchup Station, Pneumatic Reciprocator
Automatic Booths have reciprocator station with two cutouts on opposite sides for reciprocators and recoveries.
Two reciprocators carring Auto Guns operate from Two sides of the articals passing over the Conveyor.
Reciprocators are pneumatic or electromechanical type. Stroke height and spped i.e. number of strokes per minute are adjustable. Multiple guns can be mounted on reciprocators for higher conveyor speeds or larger artical heights.
Manual back to back touchup stations are provided with auto booths.
